Our development team, designers and architects are extremely proud of the innovative designs and features of our buildings. The many designs include single units, multiple units, some have breezeways, flyover roofs or patios.
Our buildings are easy to move, but designed to last for many years to come. All the plumbing and electrical is completed internally and all the kitchen and bathrooms are complete right down to your choice of floor coverings.

Our Relocatable buildings are manufactured from special corten marine grade steel. All our openings are cut but reinforced with RHS steel then sprayed with several coats of paint with thermal heat reduction qualities. Then after completing the wiring and plumbing we line the buildings with 75mm insulated panel on the ceilings and 50mm on the walls. Then quality kitchens are made to order and the bathroom fit out is then completed.
All our units have reverse cycle air-conditioning which are all contained within the building design together with the hot water system and switchboard. Our attractive vinyl and carpets are fitted last and are all of high commercial quality. All you need to do is to connect your external services and move your furniture in.

• WE DO give you the engineering drawings to submit to your council that are certified by a professional independent engineer.
• WE DO give you details of private companies that offer to do the approval for you.
We don’t come to site and measure your building or try to hard sell you to buy our product.
• WE DO give you excellent customer service from our consultants who are paid a salary to service your needs, not high commissions if they overcharge you for a product.
• WE DO provide you with the extra brackets and extra materials to accommodate most things you will encounter on your site.
